....I am...
College Grad
Photographer
In college I bought my first camera and started experimenting from there. I shot with a lot of friends to build my portfolio and then after a year I started my own business of photography, starting with senior portraits.
I now photograph many subjects: Senior Portraits, Familes, Children and Newborns, Weddings, Couples, Engagements, Individual and Group Models.
Artist
I have always been creating and drawing since I was young. I still have a book which I created and drew (with the help of my mother) an animal for every letter of the alphabet, each having their own little story. In high school I worked mainly with graphite pencil, charcoal, and acrylic paints.
Then in college I learned a new field of art I had yet to experience: the digital world. It was in college that I learned the adobe programs of Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, Dreamweaver, and a few more. I learned Graphic Design and Photography skills and techniques there.
It was after graduation that I started working on digital portraits; first using Illustrator for vector based portraits and then Photoshop for more paint-like and cartoon portraits.
Video Gamer
My heart has always been with video games since I was young. What got me really into them was when I received my ps2 for christmas one year just to play Kingdom Hearts. I have always loved Disney and FF and the game opened a new door for me. My favorites so far are: Bioshock, Kingdom Hearts, and Final Fantasy.
Adventurer
Because of my photography, I am always looking for new locations to shoot. I prefer outdoor locations, more natural spots, but do enjoy a good urban location. I enjoy the outdoors (when its not 0 degrees out), but this love also extends to traveling. I had the opportunity to travel to Europe while I was in college and would love to return.
Creator
I love love love creating new things. I practically spend most of my day planning and researching new crafts/artwork/photoshoots etc. I am up for all sorts of creative activities and hope to expand throughout the next few years to new and exciting things.
